Next time you are in the shower - notice that you have a routine/ritual for how the soap glides across your body - and it tends to be quite functional. This time, take a breath, and treat it as a time for self-sexploration. How nice is it to feel your thigh, your chest, nipples…the contour of your skin? Each of us has a measure of resistance to taking this time to enjoy our inate presence. Work with your own resilient edge of resistance, and watch it change - expand - transform - and potentially delight….as you step into another day - or move towards sleep and rejuvenation ( depending on when you have your shower).
